At FLAÉ Bakery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we have a specific policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Order Cancellations

For standard orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to be eligible for a full refund. For custom or large catering orders, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made after these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Quality Concerns

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you return the product to our bakery so we can assess the issue. Based on our assessment, we may offer a replacement product or a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for quality-related issues.

3. Damaged Products

If an order is damaged during delivery handled by our team, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the order has been successfully delivered or picked up.
